CANCELLATION POLICY

Out of respect for all scheduled guests, I kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. A 10-minute grace period is offered. Arrivals beyond this window will require rescheduling. Unless agreed upon communication. Late cancellations, no-shows, or same-day cancellations will incur a 30% fee, unless due to an emergency.
